Did the Wuxi China Expatdom capture of the Ayatollah of Mordor inspire the Navy Seals to try to capture Osama Bin Laden?

Iggy Poop, leader of the Opposition Naturist Party, says he smells a conspiracy.  Said Poop, "Did you notice how the Wuxi China Expatdom captured the Ayatollah of Mordor and but two weeks later, the Navy Seals broke into Osama's hideaway?  I think that Obama was paying close attention to our elite Wuxi China Expatdom Contingent attack on the former King of Wuxi's lair.  Seeing that the WCE could do it, Obama then maybe thought -- Hey!  The USA can do that too!  Either that or the WCE and the USA were in cahoots.  I will petition his majesty Gorzo the Mighty, the King of Wuxi China Expatdom to tell us if he had contact with the White House, the C.I.A., the Navy Seals, and Dick Cheney during the past few weeks."
