Wuxi Expats "Baffled" by Mysterious New Sign

Wuxi Expats have spent much of today pondering upon the meaning of a huge new billboard that appeared this morning.

Initial reports of the sign were received from Andis Kaulins, the Expatdom's pre-eminent English Teacher, whose high-rise office suite has commanding views of the iconic inner-city intersection.  "It wasn't there yesterday", Andis Kaulins said. "I noticed it first-thing this morning when I arrived at work. I've been examing it closely, with a telescopic sight, and it appears that some person, or persons, unknown, have already taken some pot-shots at it".

Detective Chief Inspector Harry Callahan is believed to have ordered forensic-tests, however Callahan was reluctant to comment further, except to state that "maybe those Nanjin' Expats mighta had something to do with it".

Archduke Harry Moore took some time-out from his gruelling training-schedule with the
Peach Maoists, to walk around the sign and look at it. "It is a big one", Moore said. "But I have no idea what purpose it has. In fact, I can't even understand the meaning of the words written on it!. It has me bewildered and befuddled".

Senior Expatdom sources have confirmed that Admiral Lloyd Bridges will travel from
Wuxi Freeport and carry-out an investigation at 1600 hours, Thursday.
