Four Wuxi China Expats found drunk on the street.

Wednesday evening, four Wuxi China Expats were found drunk on Wuxi's Zhongshan Road.

Wuxi China Expats consider this remarkable because usually one to two hundred Expats are usually found drunk on Wuxi China Expatdom roads every evening.

Fred Minkleman, owner of Gambay's Pub in the 1912 Bar District of Wuxi, China, could offer no explanation.  "I am dumbfounded about this as you!" said Minkleman to members of the media.

  1. A question for the Expatdom's Official Archivist/Historian, please?
(This query has been passed to me from Sydney
University's Senior Fellow in the Faculty of Asian Studies, Dr Mel Gibson.)

Dr Gibson asks: "re the Expatdom's 1912 Bar District - have the Expatdom's bars been operating there, continuously, since the year 1912?" "Or, is this merely an expression, such as 'Latin Quarter', or perhaps the more-prosaic "urban ghetto"?.

  3. What kind of penalties, or punishments, are meted-out to Expatdom drunks who are found in the streets?

  4. If the local police arrest them, they get a handshake. If Callahan arrests them, they are shot.
