Dilly & Dally Expat Pub Opens in The Wuxi China Expatdom

The Dilly & Dally Pub has opened in Wuxi's 1912 Bar District.

The Dilly & Dally Pub owner and manager, Leth R Gee, tells the WCE Blog that he opened the pub so as to take business away from Wally Droop who owns and manages the Walnut, Chestnut, and Pink Kitty Pubs.

"Droop" says Gee, "is an impatient type always concerned about the bottom line, if you don't drink at least four glasses of beer per half hour, he will look to kick you out of the pub on the slightest pretense.  And if you don't take kindly to his fondlings and gropings, he will treat you worse than an ex-wife or a spurned woman will!"

"The Dilly & Dally Pub will let you enjoy your night out at your own pace.  If you like life in the slow lane, the Dilly & Dally is the place for you.  If you like to dilly and dally while you drink beer, we won't cast dispersions   If you want to have a dalliance with someone other than the pub manager, or a dalliance where the pub owner doesn't feel the need to demand that you give him money under the table because he wants to take credit for the fact that the dalliance happened in his pub, then again the Dilly & Dally Pub is the place for you!  If you like civilized music, i.e. not much music made after 1964, than again you got to go the Dilly & the Dally!  We don't play no barbaric rock or rap or hip-hop music.  Only the best music as written by the composers of the great American Songbook and performed by the likes of Harry Callahan & The WCE Trio, Mel Torme, Tony Bennet, and Archduke Sir Harry Moore disguised as Fred Astaire!"
