The Swedish Bikini Team Says Zhanshen Six Should Be Awarded the 2012 Wuxi Expat of the Year Award

(This is the fourth of a series profiling the six nominees for the 2012 Wuxi Expat of the Year Award)

The members of the Swedish Bikini Team currently competing in the 2011- 2015 Wuxi China Expatdom Bikini Classic: Elsa, Ingrid, Christina, Greta, and Britt, all agree, for two reasons, that the crew of the Zhanshen Six should be awarded the 2102 Wuxi Expat of the Year Award.

"First! Archduke Moore, Admiral Bridges, Air Marshall Peck, Inspector Callahan, & Barman Minkleman are perfect gentlemen!" insisted Ingrid, the Team's OIC. "Their efforts at beating up the males who hooted at us, at various times during the Bikini Classic, displayed a male chivalry that is so lacking these days! I can hardly wait till they come back from Mars because the so-called modern Wuxi Expats are up to their barbarities again!"

"Second! Let's face it!" added Christina, the Team's 2IC, "They are the first men to step on the surface of Mars. Living in the Wuxi China Expatdom, it is easy to forget how incredible a feat it is for even Wuxi Expats to travel millions of miles to go to another planet! It is incredible bravery on the part of each and every member of the Zhanshen Six crew!"

The Zhanshen Six Mission to Mars was the brainchild of its Commander Sir Archduke Harry Moore who, on a whim in early August 2102, decided that instead of lecturing about films about Mars, that he would actually go there. "With the help of Admiral Bridges, who is an amazing man at logistics, we were good & ready to go to Mars two weeks after I dreamed up the idea" said Commander Moore speaking by radio from the Martian surface.

The Team's ice hockey expert Greta had this to say about the crew of Zhanshen Six: "Zhanshen Six reminds me of the Montreal Canadiens team that won the Stanley Cup five years in a row from 1956 to 1960. Archduke Moore had the gentlemanly and patrician stateliness of Jean Beliveau, Inspector Callahan has the steely stare of Maurice "the Rocket" Richard, Air Marshall Peck has the fury of "Boom Boom" Geoffreon, Admiral Bridges has the cheery disposition and stick-handling ability of Dickie Moore, Barman Minkleman exhibits the back-line steadiness of Doug Harvey, and the stowaway Moneypenny – let's not forget her – has the ability to inspire like the 1956-60 Habs' coach Hector "Toe" Blake."

The 2012 Wuxi Expat of the Year will be announced on January 1 at a special gala to be held  at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion of Gambay's Pub in the 1912 Bar District of Wuxi, China.
