Wuxi, China Expats to take part in Underwear Census

The District of Wuxi, China and The Expatdom of Wuxi, China announced plans to conduct a joint census of the underwear and socks of all expats living in the Wuxi, China on February 14, 2011.  It is believed to be the first census of underwear in human history.  It will be conducted because of a belief that Wuxi Expats are bringing their underwear and socks with them from their home countries, and not buying locally-made free-range underwear.

Said Angus O'Loom, a Scotsman Census Conducting Expert: "Socks and underwear, produced and consumed locally are good for the enviroment.  And so Wuxi Underwear manufacturers want to know what underwear Wuxi Expats wear, how much they wear, and their gitch's fabric portioning."

Gorzo the Mighty, King of Wuxi Expats, when asked if a underwear census was a breach of privacy said the following:  "I suppose it is, but what the hay!  It is fun!  And none of the Wuxi Expats I talked have objected.  In fact, all want to be able to fill out the 200 page long underwear census form."
